Music Season app for iPhone and iPad

Broadgate Technical Services Pvt Limited (BTS) is a software company that caters to the requirement of clients in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, India and Singapore. In the past two years it has been focusing on the development of mobile applications across a variety of platforms.

Promoted as it is by the family of Sriram V, the well known historian and writer and Chennai, the company has also been developing social apps that cater to those interested in the arts and heritage of our city. The first was chennaipastforward, which helps people become aware of the heritage that surrounds them. It has a gps enabled map, which keeps alerting people as they pass heritage buildings. They can click on the pins and see a picture of the building and also read around 100 words about it, besides accessing more in depth articles on the web.

The second, Madras Week, was developed specifically to get people to be aware of the various events that took place this year during Madras Week celebrations in August. This app was sponsored by Sundaram Finance Limited. It contributed greatly to improving participation at the various Madras Week events.

For the December Music Season, BTS has developed this app that will enable people to search for concerts based on artiste, type of music/dance/instrument, date and venue. We believe that this would be of great use to people to help them plan their concert attendance. The app, which will be compatible across IOS platforms, is already live, well in time for the Season. It can be accessed from iTunes under the name of Music Season.
